As the Bioinformatics Cube is seamlessly integrated with CLC bio's bioinformatics software solutions, you will have an easy access to using the cube, based on a graphical user interface.
From within the workbenches you can simply select to perform the given analysis locally on your computer with the CPU power available - or select the Bioinformatics Cube and have your computing speed increase significantly.
